Recipe//Raspberry Oatmeal

One of my favourite breakfasts during the cold season is oatmeal. It’s so warm and hearty on a cold winter morning, easy to make and it keeps you feeling full for long. I love to make different variations and lately I have been craving this raspberry version that I created a while ago.

Recipe Raspberry Oatmeal 

Ingredients
1 dl frozen raspberries
1 tbs maple syrup
1,5 dl rolled oats
2,5 dl water
1/2 banana
Coconut flakes
Almonds
Chia seeds

Heat the raspberries and 0,5 dl of the water in a small pot. Bring to a boil then lower the heat and add the rest of the water, rolled oats and maple syrup and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes while stirring together until desired consistence. Decorate with banana, coconut flakes, almonds and chia seeds.
